Pearl Abyss said on April 9 that its game \"Crimson Desert\" was selected as PlayStation\'s \"best new game of March.\" The PlayStation Blog holds a user vote each month for newly released games. \"Crimson Desert\" ranked first in votes, beating \"Marathon,\" \"MLB The Show 26\" and \"Scott Pilgrim EX.\" As a new intellectual property, the game sold 2,000,000 copies on launch day and reached 4,000,000 copies in 12 days.
