Vertical digital transformation solution firm Platier said on Tuesday it has won a contract, in a consortium with KT, to build Jeju Bank’s generative AI platform. Platier will supply its agentic AI platform, XGEN. Jeju Bank plans to introduce a companywide “one agent per department” system and build an AI work environment, data-driven decision-making and customer-focused intelligent financial services. It plans to apply AI to core tasks including review report creation support, internal control and monitoring automation, and KYC and AML analysis.
