Finance ministry people’s economy bureau visits JobKorea operator Work Sphere to discuss employment shifts in AI era
Work Sphere said the Ministry of Finance and Economy’s People’s Economy Bureau visited its headquarters on April 17 for an on-site meeting to review employment market changes and policy response directions as AI spreads. The meeting examined labour market shifts using actual hiring data from the regular employment platform JobKorea. Participants discussed changes in hiring demand and job structures, evolving skills sought by companies and youth hiring mismatches.
