MSIT holds meeting with phase 2 Limit Challenge R&D lead PMs
South Korea\'s Ministry of Science and ICT held a meeting on the Limit Challenge R&D programme chaired by First Vice Minister Koo Hyuk-chae. The project supports high-risk research with potentially large scientific, economic and social impact. The ministry said lead programme managers oversee the full R&D process, from trend analysis and topic discovery to planning, progress checks and dissemination. The ministry aims to develop a Korean-style innovation challenge R&D management model.

Conditions for the fastest AI-native engineering team
Andrew Ng (응) of Stanford University posted a summary of how AI-native software teams operate differently from traditional teams. He wrote that the biggest difference is using coding agents to build products much faster, which changes team structure, roles and decision-making. As development speeds up, planning, design, marketing and compliance can become bottlenecks. Ng urged engineers to learn product management skills and product managers to learn how to build. He also stressed the value of working in the same space for faster communication.

MegazoneCloud wins Korea National Railway\'s construction project management system upgrade contract
MegazoneCloud said on Sunday it won a contract to upgrade Korea National Railway\'s construction project management system. Working in a consortium with HumanPlus, Gonggam IT and AENIAsOFT, it will move the system to a cloud environment and build a data-centric integrated management framework. The consortium will implement a cloud IT environment, enhance integrated construction project management, establish a project data management system and add new functions for private investment projects.
