Naver upgrades AI shopping agent delivery recommendations to reflect actual arrival dates
Naver is strengthening product recommendations in its AI shopping agent by incorporating real-time delivery information such as order cutoff times and actual arrival dates. The company said the feature will recommend items that can be delivered to a user’s address and provide expected arrival dates and order deadlines. It also improved its ability to detect when fast delivery is needed. Usage has risen, with conversations up about 60 percent since June and transaction value up 82 percent.
