Cardano joins RWA tokenisation race, ranks fifth in growth among major chains
Cardano ranked fifth among major blockchains for 30-day growth in tokenised real-world assets (RWA), with value rising 23.1 percent to $55.3 million, The Crypto Basic reported. The ranking, compiled by the RWA Foundation using Token Terminal data, compared monthly RWA value growth across ecosystems. Cardano is smaller in absolute size than top chains but outpaced some large networks in growth. Its ecosystem is also expanding RWA infrastructure and partnerships.

Tokenised real-world assets on the XRP Ledger have topped $3.6 billion in just five months, an analysis showed, helping revive a bullish view of XRP\'s long-term value. XRP community educator X Finance Bull said the market still underestimates XRP\'s potential, citing a rise in XRPL\'s ranking on RWA.xyz. He also pointed to growth in tokenised U.S. Treasuries on XRPL, while noting XRPL\'s share of the broader market remains limited.

OpenEden launches tokenised product linked to BNY Investments high-yield bond strategy
Real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation platform OpenEden launched HYBOND, its first tokenised product linked to a high-yield bond strategy managed by BNY Investments. The token is designed to provide 1-to-1 exposure to BNY Investments\' Global Short-Dated High-Yield Bond strategy, with BNY Investments managing the underlying assets. OpenEden said the launch expands options beyond cash-like assets and Treasury bonds to products with an early credit-risk return structure.
