Hecto Wallet One proposes two-track approach for PGs to adopt wallets
Hecto Wallet One proposed a two-track strategy to help payment gateway companies adopt digital-asset wallets by running Ohai Wallet and Octet Wallet as a Service in parallel. The approach lets PGs start services using an external wallet and later shift to building their own infrastructure. The company said PGs reviewing stablecoin payments and settlement often face hurdles due to lack of a VASP licence and technical burdens.

Hecto Innovation opens baseball game outcome prediction platform Polyball
IT information services company Hecto Innovation has opened Polyball, a platform for predicting outcomes of South Korea’s professional baseball games. The app offers prediction games and mini-games such as guessing player records, and awards entry tickets that can be used to apply for ticket exchange vouchers. Vouchers are issued as NFTs to a Polyball wallet and can be exchanged for physical tickets at designated GS25 stores from 2 hours before game time.

Hecto Innovation to hold Feb. 9 briefing, unveil stablecoin strategy
IT-based information services company Hecto Innovation will hold a corporate briefing for domestic investors on Feb. 9 to present its global business strategy and reveal its Hectog stablecoin plan. The company said participation inquiries from institutional investors and analysts increased after reports on a political proposal to use digital assets to reach a KOSDAQ 3,000 target. Hecto Innovation is expanding wallet capabilities through its Hecto Wallet One unit and expects synergies with subsidiary Hecto Financial.
