KB Kookmin Bank waives fees for Nepal remittances to support flood recovery
KB Kookmin Bank will waive overseas remittance fees to Nepal to support flood recovery efforts. The bank said on Wednesday it will run a Nepal overseas remittance support programme through Oct. 30. Individuals and corporate customers sending money to Nepal will have all overseas remittance fees waived regardless of purpose. For donations for flood recovery, it will also waive cable charges and apply a 100 percent exchange rate discount.
