Ethereum Foundation moves 31,000 ETH in two weeks, raising questions over staking stance
The Ethereum Foundation has heightened market caution by unstaking 21,271 ether, the second large liquidity move it has made in the past two weeks. The tokens were valued at about $49.66 million. The move removes more than a third of its 70,000 ETH staking position. The foundation has also sold 10,000 ETH via an OTC deal, taking total ETH moved to more than 31,000. Analysts and traders are watching where the unstaked tokens go next.
