NHN Cloud to bring Innogrid into subsidiary, target multi-hybrid market
NHN Cloud said on April 27 it is pursuing a merger between its subsidiary NHN Injae I&C and cloud platform specialist Innogrid. The deal will be structured as Innogrid absorbing NHN Injae I&C at an approximate merger ratio of 1 to 31. The merger date is July 6. After the merger, the surviving company Innogrid will continue to be led by CEO Kim Myung-jin.
