KakaoPay releases original content highlighting digital finance exclusion
KakaoPay said on Sunday it released an original content series, \"My Blind Spot Field Report,\" portraying the realities of people who can be left behind as digital technology advances rapidly. The road-documentary records seniors’ experiences with digital financial services, including fears and lack of suitable learning opportunities. Musician Jeon Beom-seon takes part as interviewer. KakaoPay said the video was produced as part of its ESG campaign and linked to its senior education programme.
