Corporate AI shift: One AI agent is not enough
South Korea is among the world’s fastest markets for AI adoption, with an AI technology adoption rate of 28 percent among OECD members, the Ministry of Science and ICT said. As companies move beyond simple chatbot rollouts, multi-agent systems are emerging as a new operating model. A Databricks report said multi-agent system use rose 327 percent in recent months and 78 percent of companies use two or more large language model families. It also said governance and evaluation frameworks significantly raise deployment success rates.

Musinsa steps up AI-native push, CTO Jeon Jun-hee vows fashion tech ecosystem
Musinsa is moving to become an AI-native company by designing systems, work methods and products around AI from the outset, its CTO Jeon Jun-hee said. The company has launched conversational commerce on KakaoTalk’s ChatGPT for Kakao and is applying in-house technologies to personalise shopping. It is also expanding AI use in customer service, review summaries and secondhand fashion, and plans wider rollout across non-development functions while building AI literacy.

Musinsa Used cuts consignment fees to as low as 9 percent
Musinsa said on Thursday it will cut consignment selling fees for its fashion resale service, Musinsa Used. From Feb. 23, the platform will apply a flat 15 percent fee and provide clearer earnings guidance to sellers. A promotion will lower the fee to 12 percent, and choosing settlement in Musinsa Money points instead of cash will reduce it further to 9 percent. Product preparation fees will rise to 7,000 won from 5,000 won.
