Red Hat says shift from AI consumer to provider to control costs
Red Hat is reshaping its platform strategy for the era of AI agents, focusing on an open-source full-stack platform spanning hardware to agents. CTO Chris Wright said token prices are falling but enterprise token consumption is rising sharply, making reliance on external APIs and proprietary frontier models difficult to sustain. He urged firms to shift from paying for outside services to operating AI on their own infrastructure, backed by Red Hat AI Enterprise.

Com2uS Platform to join PlayX4 to help smaller developers go global with Hive
Com2uS Platform will take part in the 2026 PlayX4 event at KINTEX in Ilsan from May 21 to 24, showcasing its Hive game backend service and an AI service package. It will offer technical consultations on Hive for developers preparing to enter global markets and highlight features such as multi-language support and global payments. The firm will also run booths where visitors can try games from Hive partner companies.

Com2us Platform to supply Tencent Cloud MaaS solution, target enterprise AI market
Com2us Holdings subsidiary Com2us Platform, led by CEO Choi Seok-won (최석원), said on April 7 it will begin supplying Tencent Cloud’s Model as a Service solution. The company plans to target the enterprise AI market by highlighting convenience and management efficiency. It said the service lets companies use multiple generative AI models through a single connection without building infrastructure or buying and managing models individually.
