Altura to liquidate stablecoin yield vault after withdrawal rush
DeFi protocol Altura said it will begin an orderly liquidation of its stablecoin yield vault amid continued withdrawal demand and the current market mood. CEO Ranbir Arora said the top priority is to protect user assets and complete redemptions fairly and transparently. The vault once reached $39 million in total value locked on HyperEVM and allocated stablecoin deposits across multiple strategies. The situation was sparked by a sharp drop in Mainstreet’s msUSD.
