Michael Saylor says \'it needs another color\' as Strategy hints at resuming bitcoin buying
Strategy has not added to its bitcoin holdings for 4 straight weeks, but Chairman Michael Saylor posted a chart of the company’s purchase history and wrote, “It needs another color,” drawing market attention. The firm has disclosed no additional buys in 4 SEC filings since late June. Its latest purchase was 520 BTC in mid-June. Recent filings also highlighted fundraising through MSTR share sales and a larger dollar reserve.

Bitcoin nears $67,000 as crypto-related stocks surge
Bitcoin climbed close to $67,000, hitting its highest level in more than a month, and U.S.-listed crypto-related shares rose broadly. Bitcoin Magazine reported bitcoin briefly touched $66,886, up about 6 percent over seven days. Nasdaq-listed Strategy topped $100, Coinbase rose 11 percent and Marathon Digital gained more than 6 percent. Strategy said it did not buy additional bitcoin on July 20, sold $225 million of MSTR stock and held the funds as dollar reserves.

Strategy sells more MSTR shares, bitcoin holdings unchanged
Strategy sold 2,732,318 shares of MSTR common stock, raising net proceeds of $263.5 million and increasing its dollar reserve to $3.225 billion. The company sold no bitcoin from July 13 to 19, Decrypt reported. The funds were raised through an at-the-market program and added to a dedicated dollar reserve used for dividends and debt repayment. Michael Saylor said the company held 843,775 BTC and $3.2 billion in its dollar reserve as of July 19.
