Joycity to use MLS player IP in \'Freestyle Football 2\'
Joycity will use the intellectual property of Major League Soccer players in its new title \'Freestyle Football 2\'. The company plans to rework selected MLS players into characters suited to the game’s graphics and fast-paced play, rather than simply copying real names and appearances. Joycity said it signed an official licensing partnership with the Major League Soccer Players Association and OneTeam Partners, securing rights to use players’ names, numbers and images.
