Nvidia to invest $1 billion over five years in quantum computing and U.S. science
Nvidia said on Oct. 12 it will invest and provide support totaling $1 billion over the next five years to advance superintelligence technologies in U.S. science and quantum computing. Key target areas include quantum computing, healthcare and energy security. The funding will support U.S. higher-education research institutions, increase investment aimed at strengthening quantum computing leadership, and include support for cloud service providers backing major U.S. government missions.
