Shinhan Bank adopts generative AI-based loan screening support agent
Shinhan Bank said on Thursday it has introduced a generative AI-based \"Loan Screening Support Agent\" for corporate lending operations. The system analyses corporate information using the bank’s accumulated know-how and data, and integrates details needed to draft credit opinion reports. It reviews factors such as financials, industry trends, purchase and sales flows, collateral recovery value, transaction status and technological competitiveness. The bank also built an industry-specific analysis engine for 12 sectors.
