Binance co-chief executive Richard Teng (텡) said cryptocurrencies should be seen not merely as trading assets but as core infrastructure underpinning financial systems. He said crypto markets often run 24 hours a day and can settle trades far faster than traditional markets constrained by set trading hours and T+2 settlement.
