Krafton to hire more than 100 \'AI native\' entry-level workers

Krafton will recruit more than 100 entry-level hires across all job categories for candidates with AI-use capabilities, its largest intake for new graduates. Applications for its 2027 internship-linked programme run through Oct. 23. The six tracks include AI research, tech, support, business and game development. Screening will include documents, aptitude tests, an AI capability assessment and interviews, using Krafton’s in-house \'Kopa Probe\' solution.

Krafton, CJ Olive Young to hold AI-native hackathon to find practical talent

Krafton said on Tuesday it will jointly hold a hackathon with CJ Olive Young to find artificial intelligence talent that can address inefficiencies in real-world work settings. The event, set for July 30 at PUBG Seongsu in Seoul, will accept applications through July 17. Winners will receive 10 million won in total prize money and benefits including document-screening passes for Krafton FDE and CJ Olive Young AI engineer roles.
