KT holds Connecting Day for digital talent scholars, expands AI projects
KT said it held its 2026 KT Digital Talent Scholarship Connecting Day on March 20 at its Gwanghwamun building in Seoul. The scholarship programme, launched in 1988, has supported about 12,000 university students for 38 years with about 18.9 billion won. Scholars, including 47 newly selected students, attended certificate awards, team-building and networking. KT said it will expand AI projects with public bodies and local governments.
