RSUPPORT, KLCube sign MoU to upgrade AI sign-language remote consulting
RSUPPORT said on Jan. 23 it signed a memorandum of understanding with KLCube at its Seoul office to upgrade AI-based remote video consulting services. The companies plan to jointly identify new service models that combine remote consulting with sign-language-based guidance in the finance and public sectors. They will link KLCube’s AI sign-language avatar and automatic translation to RSUPPORT’s RemoteVS and expand applications to public institutions and medical organisations.
