KB Kookmin Bank upgrades AI-based KB video consultation service
KB Kookmin Bank said on Thursday it has upgraded its AI-based KB video consultation service to help prevent financial incidents that may occur in non-face-to-face banking and to improve customer convenience. The service, offered on KB Star Banking, allows customers to consult and subscribe via video calls for products including deposits, savings, funds, discretionary ISAs and individual IRPs. The upgrade strengthens consumer protection through real-time face and ID checks and improves mobile guidance sharing and form transmission speed.
