Musinsa launches \'AI native\' entry-level developer recruitment, scraps resumes
South Korean online fashion platform Musinsa said on Jan. 16 it will run MUKIEs, an open recruitment program for entry-level developers with AI capabilities. It is its first large-scale hiring of junior engineers since 2022. The company will use a simplified application process without resumes, with candidates assessed through online and offline coding tests and interviews in February and March. Successful applicants will join within the first quarter, starting with a 6-month internship and potential full-time conversion.
