Douzone Bizon launches co-CEO structure with Lee Kang-su and Ji Yong-gu
Douzone Bizon said it held a \"2026 Vision Declaration\" event in Seoul on March 27, where it announced a reshuffled board and a shift to a co-CEO structure, and unveiled a new slogan. The company said it completed a board lineup centered on EQT senior adviser Jonas Persson and strengthened governance. It also cited EQT\'s plan to take steps toward delisting after securing about 90 percent of Douzone Bizon.
