Park In-hwan, postal service head, meets frontline staff, vows process innovation
Park In-hwan, head of the Ministry of Science and ICT\'s Postal Service, held an \"Umunhyeondap Relay\" event at the Jeonbuk Regional Post Office on Feb. 26 to meet union representatives and officials. The campaign is based on the slogan that answers to post office problems lie in the field. Park said he would innovate inefficient work processes and reflect staff feedback in concrete execution plans.
