11st to launch China reverse cross-border storefront in June, seeks sellers
11st said it will open a dedicated storefront on JD.com’s cross-border e-commerce platform JD Worldwide in mid-June and begin selling products from its merchants. The company said it will run the storefront in a seller-friendly way, handling shipping, customs clearance, delivery, customer service, marketing and tax processing after purchasing products. It also plans to support operations through its China unit and join JD.com promotions such as 618 and Singles’ Day.

11st narrows 2025 operating loss 47 percent, open market turns profitable
11st said on Tuesday its open-market business returned to an annual operating profit in 2025. Regulatory filings by SK Square showed 11st posted an annual operating loss of 39.6 billion won, narrowing the loss by 47 percent from a year earlier. Its fourth-quarter operating loss fell 53 percent to 10.9 billion won, while revenue fell 19 percent to 108.8 billion won. The company said it will focus on acquiring customers and sellers in 2026.

11st signs MOU with JD.com to launch cross-border e-commerce to China
11st said on Wednesday it signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with Chinese e-commerce company JD.com. It plans to build a global e-commerce system linking South Korea and China through cooperation based on JD.com’s global platform and logistics infrastructure. 11st plans to launch a cross-border e-commerce business to sell 11st sellers’ products to Chinese consumers, with service expected to open in the first half of this year.
