KB Kookmin Bank to handle National Police Agency foreign exchange stabilisation fund remittances

KB Kookmin Bank said on April 9 it will carry out overseas remittance work based on the Foreign Exchange Stabilisation Fund executed by the National Police Agency, expanding its public-sector foreign exchange business. The policy fund requires strict verification and management procedures. The bank said stable processing of state payments, including Interpol-related funds, depends on financial infrastructure and internal controls. It plans to broaden operating experience and strengthen capabilities for policy fund remittances.
