Inswave speeds up efforts to redesign how it works with AI
Inswave, an AI and DX specialist, said on Tuesday it is moving beyond using AI tools and is shifting into a company that redesigns how it works with AI through an “AI Work Innovation Challenge.” The weekly, companywide program involves all employees. The firm said basic uses such as AI search and document summaries fell to under 1 percent, with staff effectively integrating AI into workflows. It also cited support measures and changes in development work.
