Insung Information to reorganise in 2026, shift to sole CEO structure
Insung Information said on Thursday it will implement a 2026 organisational overhaul and switch from its existing co-chief executive structure to a sole CEO system led by Cho Seung-pil. The company said it abolished its headquarters-based structure and integrated a function-oriented organisation to simplify decision-making steps. Distribution subsidiary Insung Digital will also bolster operating efficiency, with Cho serving as CEO, and plans to improve its business structure and portfolio to raise profitability.
