Insung Information said on Thursday it will carry out a 2026 organisational overhaul and shift from its existing co-chief executive structure to a sole CEO system led by Cho Seung-pil.
Insung Information said the overhaul abolishes its existing headquarters-based structure and integrates and improves its function-oriented organisational structure, simplifying decision-making steps.
Its distribution subsidiary Insung Digital will also strengthen organisational operating efficiency in line with the reorganisation direction. Cho will concurrently serve as Insung Digital's CEO, unifying the decision-making system between the parent and subsidiary. Insung Digital plans to raise operating efficiency and profitability through improvements to its business structure and a portfolio reshuffle centred on core businesses, and to build a foundation for stable profit creation in the medium to long term.
Cho said the overhaul is a structural shift aimed at helping both Insung Information and Insung Digital respond more flexibly and quickly to changes in the management environment. He said the company will increase decision-making speed and execution through an accountable management system that gives authority and responsibility to internal talent most familiar with the field, while strengthening substance and profitability in a balanced way.
