AMD Chief Executive Lisa Su (리사 수) said the ratio of CPUs to GPUs in agentic AI applications is moving closer to 1-to-1 from previous levels such as 1-to-4 or 1-to-8. She added that as the number of agents keeps rising, CPUs could eventually outnumber GPUs. Asked whether rising CPU demand would eat into the GPU market, she said the two are complementary and are bringing additional growth to the overall market.
