Kalshi asks Netflix to remove \'Prediction Games\' documentary trailer
Prediction market platform Kalshi has asked Netflix to remove the trailer for the documentary \"Instadocs: The Prediction Games\". Kalshi sent a cease-and-desist letter saying the trailer contains doctored documents and false or misleading statements that defame it. The dispute centres on a $5,000 betting screen shown in the trailer. Kalshi says the screenshot was taken in May 2025, but the trailer makes it appear to be from July 2026 in Nevada, where it is barred from operating by court order.
