Shinhan Asset Management sets up Innovation Investment Finance Division
Shinhan Asset Management said on Wednesday it has established an Innovation Investment Finance Division and expanded its organisation into a two-division structure with its existing Corporate Investment Division. The firm said the reorganisation is designed to connect venture, mezzanine and project investments and maximise expertise across the full investment process, from structuring and execution to post-investment management. It also aims to strengthen execution of what it called productive finance.
