Salesforce targets enterprise AI harness with AIforce
Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff (마크 베니오프) says the company will unveil a large slate of “AIforce” offerings at its annual Dreamforce conference in September. Constellation Research calls AIforce an enterprise harness developed over three years, designed to connect data, permissions and context across systems and AI models. Benioff says it will link enterprise data and workflows to AI agents without separate integration work. Salesforce also announced ClaudeForce with Anthropic.

Salesforce expands zero-copy AI agent ecosystem with Google and Databricks links
Salesforce is expanding links between its AI agents and external data and cloud platforms such as Databricks and Google Cloud. It is highlighting a zero-copy approach that lets agents use data in place without moving or duplicating it, alongside data governance. The company is also combining Agentforce with Informatica’s data catalog, quality, MDM and governance tools. Salesforce said Agentforce annual recurring revenue rose to $1.2 billion in the first quarter, more than tripling from a year earlier.

Salesforce says Agentforce annual recurring revenue nearly triples as shares extend decline
Salesforce unveiled a $50 billion plan to repurchase its own shares, but its fiscal 2027 revenue forecast came in below Wall Street expectations, CNBC reported on Feb. 25, sending the stock down 4 percent. The company said revenue for the quarter ended in January rose 12 percent to $11.2 billion, including Informatica. Excluding Informatica, growth was 8 percent. Agentforce annual recurring revenue rose nearly threefold to $800 million.
