Lenovo completes Infinidat acquisition to boost high-performance enterprise storage
Lenovo has completed its acquisition of Infinidat more than a year after announcing the deal in January 2025. The boards of both companies unanimously approved the acquisition, and all required regulatory approvals have been obtained. Infinidat will operate as an independent business unit under Lenovo\'s Infrastructure Solutions Group. Lenovo said the deal will strengthen its enterprise storage capabilities and speed delivery of high-performance data infrastructure for AI, analytics and mission-critical workloads.
