Imperi Digital sells 1,635 bitcoin; collateral pressure remains
Bitcoin treasury firm Imperi Digital sold 1,635 bitcoin for $102.2 million between July 1 and Aug. 6, cutting total holdings to 1,279 BTC. Of that, 954 BTC is restricted as collateral for $35 million of debt, leaving 325 BTC freely usable. The company previously sold bitcoin to meet cash needs and repaid borrowings. Loan terms require a 174 percent collateral ratio, with margin-call and liquidation triggers.
