Hancom\'s Hancom Assistant wins AX usability certification, leads micro-agent push
Hancom said on Feb. 12 that its AI agent Hancom Assistant received an AX (AI Transformation) usability certification from the Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA). The certification uses an evaluation system based on ISO/IEC 25023 and reflects global big tech AI guidelines, it said. Hancom said Hancom Assistant passed strict tests across 20 criteria, and it plans to quickly launch a micro-agent product lineup built on its document technology strengths.
