LG Uplus to run first solo booth at World IT Show, share voice AI vision

LG Uplus said on Monday it will operate a standalone exhibition booth at the World IT Show and present future artificial intelligence services. The company will showcase voice AI under the theme \"Humanizing Every Connection\", with areas covering AI agents, AI contact centres and AI infrastructure. It will introduce ixi-O Pro, an evolved model of its ixi-O AI agent, and present interactive media art created with Universal Everything. It will also display AI security and enterprise solutions.

LG Uplus CEO Hong Beom-sik presents voice AI vision with ixi-O, proposes global cooperation

LG Uplus CEO Hong Beom-sik said at the MWC26 opening keynote in Barcelona that the AI call agent ixi-O can help shape the future of voice communication. He said voice would become a core interface as AI devices proliferate and introduced ixi-O features such as spam detection, voice-phishing alerts and real-time information search during calls. He also called for continued cooperation among telecom operators.

LG Uplus brings \'human-centred AI\' technologies to MWC26

LG Uplus will present its Humanizing Every Connection vision at MWC26 in Barcelona from March 2 for four days, with a standalone booth. The exhibit follows its 4A AI strategy and highlights voice-based AI including the ixi-O pro agent, along with agentic and self-evolving AI contact centre technologies developed with OpenAI. It will also introduce ixi-Guardian 2.0 security technologies, autonomous network solutions using AI and digital twins, and a sovereign AI full-stack solution.
