Com2us Platform launches \'Hive Axle\' AI game backend

Com2us Platform has unveiled an AI development environment that lets developers handle game backend integration using natural-language commands. The Com2us Holdings unit said on Sept. 30 it launched \'Hive Axle,\' an AI-focused game backend platform that supports development, global launch and operations, and data analysis in a single environment. The platform provides an all-in-one SDK and management pages and can link with AI coding tools through a plugin.

OpenAI holds first Game Builders Seoul in South Korea

OpenAI has held its first event in South Korea to explore AI-based game development with local developers. The company said it hosted “OpenAI Game Builders Seoul” on Aug. 31 in Seoul. Attendees included Oliver Jay of OpenAI International, former XL Games chief executive Song Jae-kyung (송재경) and Com2uS Chairman Song Byung-joon (송병준). Speakers discussed applying AI code-generation tools, changes in game production and services, and plans for mentoring and hackathon programs.
