Bespin Global said on Tuesday it has published a casebook compiling results and use cases of artificial intelligence adoption by public institutions. The publication reflects the spread of generative AI in the public sector and includes examples from the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, the Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education, the Seoul Tourism Organization, Seongdong District Office and the National Pension Service. It also presents an agentic AI architecture as an alternative to meet public cloud security standards while securing scalability.
