Bespin Global, an AI services and solutions company, said on Tuesday it has published a "Public Institution AI Adoption Casebook" that contains achievements and application cases of artificial intelligence adoption by public agencies.
The casebook was planned in line with the spread of generative AI adoption in the public sector. It includes AI use cases from major public institutions including the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, the Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education, the Seoul Tourism Organization, Seongdong District Office and the National Pension Service.
A representative case introduced is the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's public communication platform project, "Everyone's Square." The platform was built in 4 days based on Bespin Global's HelpNow Agentic AI Platform.
The casebook also includes applications across administrative areas such as education, tourism and civil complaints. Bespin Global analysed challenges public institutions face in adopting AI, including infrastructure buildout, data security and operational stability, and presented an agentic AI architecture as an alternative that can meet public cloud security standards while securing scalability.
A Bespin Global official said, "AI adoption in the public sector is becoming an essential task, not a choice," adding, "We hope this casebook will serve as a practical reference for public institutions to adopt AI without trial and error and operate it stably."
