Salesforce unveils AI agent for customer support, charges only when issues are resolved
Salesforce has introduced an AI agent for customer service called Help Agent and launched a new pricing system that charges only when a problem is actually resolved. Help Agent is built on Salesforce\'s Agentforce platform and is designed to help companies build and deploy AI agents quickly across web, text and voice channels. Salesforce also revamped its customer service portal. Help Agent and the portal are scheduled for official release in July.
