Meta launches Waddle World AI virtual pet app

Meta has introduced Waddle World, a mobile app that combines AI with raising a virtual pet. Users talk with pixel-style characters, and the AI organises the conversation into a diary from the pet’s perspective, generating a simple drawing as well. The app is available for iOS and Android and is currently free only in the Philippines for users aged 18 and over. Meta said it is designed as a relaxed virtual space without streaks or ranking competition.
