HandySoft acquires WantedLab\'s WantedSpace HRM solution, steps up push into SMB SaaS
HandySoft said on Monday it has acquired WantedLab\'s human resources management solution WantedSpace as it moves into the business-to-business subscription software-as-a-service market. The company said it signed an asset transfer agreement for the service and plans to expand beyond its public-sector and large enterprise focus into the small and midsized business SaaS market. It plans to integrate its e-approval system with WantedSpace\'s HR database and continue cooperation with WantedLab.
