AI to flag lease contract risks as Gyeonggi launches GRT service
South Korea\'s Ministry of Science and ICT and Gyeonggi Province unveiled a service that uses AI to diagnose risks in real estate transactions in advance. The Gyeonggi Reassuring Real Estate (GRT) service analyses data such as registry documents and prices before a contract, checks explanations during signing through speech recognition, and monitors registry changes around the clock after signing. It also combines AI analysis with on-site checks by licensed brokers and will begin a pilot next month.
