Genians pilots 4.5-day workweek based on AI innovation
South Korean cybersecurity company Genians said on Sept. 30 it was selected as a 2026 Korea Best Workplace company run by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. The company is also taking part in a 2026 Gyeonggi Province 4.5-day workweek pilot project led by Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Job Foundation, and has been running a pilot since August. It said the move is tied to AI-based automation and process restructuring.
