NIPA tests elder care technology in Japan, verifies six services including AI
South Korea\'s National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) said it began on-site verification in Osaka, Japan, of outstanding developments from the 2026 Global PIUDA Project. The three-day programme runs through Oct. 29 with local partners including Osaka University and the ATC Ageless Center. Older Japanese people, their families and care and welfare workers will try and evaluate six services, including AI-based offerings and rehabilitation and exercise platforms.
