Woowa Brothers releases delivery app user guide for foreigners
Woowa Brothers, the operator of Baedal Minjok, said on Wednesday it distributed an English edition of its “Easy Delivery App Guide”. The guide uses simple language and illustrations so anyone can use the app regardless of disability or age. Released to coincide with Global Accessibility Awareness Day, it aims to help foreign customers unfamiliar with Korean use the Baemin app. The move links to a February multilingual update and follows a rise in global-payment orders.
