Wadle supplies AI agent Gentu to ballet goods retailer Eballeshop
AI startup Wadle said on Jan. 29 it is supplying its conversational AI agent solution Gentu to South Korean ballet goods shopping mall Eballeshop, offering a real-time consultation service tailored to ballet products. Gentu narrows choices by asking sequential questions based on user information, preferences and purpose. It also supports size selection using a pre-trained height and weight guide and provides hard-to-display information upon inquiry.
